Supporting Conditions for Prevention and Repair
Non-invasive family care for pain relief, recovery, nervous system regulation and healthy breathing habits
With 40 years' experience, my approach integrates clinical nursing, breathing physiology, and movement with traditional meridian pathways and scanner therapy.
SCENAR • BUTEYKO BREATHING • CHAIR & KUNDALINI YOGA
I approach healing by recognizing the synergy between breath, structural alignment, and neural pathways to support lasting recovery and vitality.
The philosophy of my practice
Drawing on my extensive background in clinical nursing, allergy management and breathing science, my practice focuses on empowering people to understand and interpret their own physiology. I prioritise understanding root causes, nervous system regulation and breathing science, and stimulating the body's natural healing capacity with the use of SCENAR, a non-invasive Russian innovation.

Create the Conditions for Repair
SCENAR therapy
SCENAR creates a small, gentle, pulsed electromagnetic field that improves microcirculation and helps shift the body back into a state of sanogenesis — a self-directed repair process. It also positively influences autonomic nervous system regulation.
Unlike traditional tens units, SCENAR interacts with the body through a continuous 'dialogue.' It measures the skin's electrical response and adjusts every pulse in real-time, preventing the nervous system from habituating to the treatment. This bio-adaptive loop encourages the production of neuropeptides—the body's internal pharmacy—to accelerate natural healing and regulate the autonomic nervous system.
SCENAR is used effectively for acute and chronic pain management, sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, and neuromuscular dysfunction. By restoring clear communication between the brain and the injured area, it helps move the body out of a state of protection and into a state of active repair.
Breathing Physiology Consultation
Individualized clinical assessments for children and adults utilizing Buteyko principles, yoga pranayama, and functional exercises. This evidence-informed approach optimizes airway function, sleep quality, and nervous system regulation.
Managed by an experienced allergy registered nurse, sessions may include practical guidance on over-the-counter treatments to support respiratory health.
